For purchases made through Steam, billing and refund requests are handled through Steam under its terms and refund policy. Nothing on this site limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Dispute resolution

Where applicable law gives you mandatory consumer rights or access to a consumer dispute-resolution process, those rights are unaffected. WiderUp does not otherwise commit to participate in voluntary consumer arbitration or alternative dispute-resolution proceedings.
